Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds & Returns:
Because each product is custom printed on demand, we only accept returns or replacements if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.

Eligibility:
To process a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we’ll either resend the product or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or used products cannot be returned unless damaged or misprinted.
